T ime and space, we traverse, caught by love's T alon,

H oping to find our true love, before we reach O rion!

E very moment spent, every morsel fo love very T asty,

S tars looming in the distance, our plans very H asty.

T raveling lightning fast, the brain no longer O beys,

A mid love's torrid turbulence, vision now too S ways!

R adical changes in your lives, things seem so E erie,

S adness may surprize, often leaving your eyes T eary.

A gainst all odds you fight, all opponets you R ebut,

R omances written of your love, sure to remain U ncut!

E motional, liken a roller coaster, to say the L east,

I nterference by some, their bread contains no Y east.

N ebula may shine in the night, your stars are I nner,

R easons for this long journey, your love dies N ever!

E ven as the stars grow near, it will defy all L ogic,

A nd love truely does prevail, not a matter of O ptic,

C hallenges and your fears, all these you must V ault,

H azardous it will be, true love earns highest E xalt!

“ MY MISSING HALF”

                   All my life,

                   I have only seen your shadow,

                   I have only come to know you in my dreams.

                   And knowing you in my dreams,

                   Already feels like we’ve met.

                   That is because you’re my missing half.

                   All my life,

                   I have longed to discover you,

                   I have searched high and low for you,

                   But still, you remain my missing half.

                   In my dreams,

                   You seem to be the most beautiful of God’s creations.

                   Not only is your colour radiantly bright,

                   Your breath!...oh your breath…umnn!

                   But then what can I really say,

                   When you remain my missing half.

                   When I last saw your shadow,

                    It was so faint.

                   And as darkness drew nearer to swallow you up,

                   You became bright again.

                   But as I longed to touch you and feel you

                   There was absolutely no you.

                   Because you remain my missing half.

                   I woke up one night,

                   And there you were in front of me…

                   At least I thought you were the one.

                   This “you” seemed to be actually you.

                   Until this “you” began to show it’s true colours.

                   This “you” had colours that were darker than darkness.

                   This “you” was so dark, and felt like hell.

                   But you, you my missing one are so bright,

                   And you smell so much like heaven.

                   You are certainly my sunshine.

                   And since the dark “you” wasn’t any of these,

                   I realized in the morning…

                   That I haven’t found you

                   My missing half.

Although times were hard

You always muddled through,

Dignified in your suffering,

No one ever knew,

You battled through each day,

And through those restless nights,

A never ending struggle,

A never ending fight,

But after many years of pain,

Your time had finally come,

The fighting now was over,

A battle that you won,

You passed away so peacefully,

At last now you can rest,

You are my inspiration,

You are simply the best.

                           I thought he was the one

                           HE Listened to me when I needed an ear

                           He gave me a shoulder to cry on when i was sad

Isabella My Claire of the Moon

She is so thin and secretive about what she will or won’t eat

When she smokes her long long cigarettes she stares up into space

Just a waste case

Isabella

My Claire of the moon

She waltzes on the porch at night with the cats and the fancy hats

And not a care to be seen

When she moves she floats across the stage and screen

Oh my Isabella my Claire of the moon

I want to play her like a fine instrument

With strength

And terror

My hand across her

Strings

And plucking at the spaces

In between

I do so love her and the way she loves to be seen

But I could not be her

Just a shadow

I love you.

But I know this has to end,

I cant do this anymore.

My own heart i'm left to mend.

Hard it will be,

Many tears I will cry

Cant hold them back

Wont even try..

Now I've already lost you,

We can be friends,

I wont even cry!!

So just go on with your life

I'll be on with mine.

I'll still be loving you,

Each and every day!!

I hope one day the pain

Will fade away!!

Couple of days,

Wont want to die,

Couple of weeks,

Wont want to cry.

Soon we'll see,

i have loved you from the first day i started  school

i have waited to tell you how i feel but every time i try to tell you i cant,

so this is the only way you are going to know how i fell and that is i love you

to take effect.

here is my heart and i gave it all to you when we were together it was beating know that we are not together it is dead just like me use to smile but know i frown i use to laugh but know i cry how could you do this to me you told me you would always love me and always be together i guess the were just lies just like everything else you ever told me i always let you tread me like shit cuz i was in love with you i never had anyone love me the way you loved me but something changed between me and you what was it was it me did i do something to you for you to change the way you feel for me know im in pain ill always love you but know all i do is think about you and wonder what your doing and how are you with to all you girls out there let me tell you something don't fall in love to fast be friends so you can find stuff about each other don't rush into a relationship you have your hole life

My Boys

I look at you...determined and intent

doing your homework

while leaves gently fall outside.

Are you my baby?

The little bundle we brought home

six years ago has grown into

this boy seated next to me.

Another little boy with an impish grin

dances around the table, telling us

all about kindergarten...

Where did the time go?

Did I blink and miss something?

I daydream of all of our wishes

and how they came true,

in the lives your brother

and you....

And I wish again...for your lives to

always be protected and happy

and that you’ll know

how very loved you will always be

by your Daddy and me.

At Night

At night i sit alone,

shivering and cold,

thinking about what you said,

saying it over and over in my head,

it hurt and crushed me like you wouldn't believe.

All i can do is cry and weep.

I cant believe you would say those things,

how could a person be so mean.

To look me in the eyes, and walk away never saying goodbye,

kills me inside, and threw away my pride.

And now your gone,

and will be for so long,

there's nothing i can say or do,

except to say when you walk away, that i love you.

I wake with that feeling of crazy in love anticipation...

...and every day since has become,  this incredible occasion...

It's been 10 long years

It’s been 10 long years since you left us here cold

I don’t know what to do without you hear!

It still makes me cry that I wont see you again,

I remember running into the room to come and get you but no one was in there

I looked out of the door and there was an ambulance

Granddad please tell me now why did you leave me?

I cant take the pain anymore we all need you here with us!

I sometimes hear Nan cry at night crying for you!

It’s been 10 long years since you left us here cold!

I know you want us all to be strong

But its hard without you hear!

I know someday hopefully soon I will be with you again!

I will never forget you granddad you was the best!

I hope u haven’t forgotten me!

I know you’re here with me in spirit but I need u here now!

Father Dear Father!!!

There was a man who was so strong

He had the strength which no one had.

When I use to cry

he was there to wipe my tears

When I use to smile

he was there to share.

By profession, he was a policeman

So hard working and a true Gentleman.

As a father, he gave us everything

love, affection and understanding

By chance his marriage anniversary

coincided with my birth date .

Any delay in celebration I used to hate

there used to be a huge party

Everybody used to be hail and hearty

My thoughts my feelings

how easily he used to understand.

Then came a day when he was no more

My father, dear father, he was no more

He was not there to wipe my tears

He was not there to celebrate my birthday

He left a vacuum which no one can fill

But still I can feel the touch of his hand,

the smile on his face.

The way he used to kiss me on my forehead

and wished me a happy b’day

Today when everybody is crying in his memory

and my b’day celebrations has changed into a gloomy day

His memory is the only solace

I can feel him by my side

loving, caring and wishing me a happy birthday.

          

Love is like the weather

One day, its all sunny

Not a sad face in the crowd

Not a tear on any cheek

Then unpredictably

A storm hits

Yellow bolts come from the sky

And all of a sudden, cheeks are wet

Hearts thumping and soul pleading for it to end

Hands shaking from emotion

You just want it to be sunny again

You want the sky to be clear from clouds

You just want the smiles to reappear

 

Love is like the rides at a fair

There are the smooth relaxing rides

Suitable for the youngins

And then there's the wooden roller coaster

Bodies being thrown from side to side

People screaming in fear.

And the spinny star ones

Where your in a whirlwind

Dizziness sets in

But yet, there's still the smile on your face from the rush

 

Love is like so many things

But yet, its so unexplainable

You can't describe it

Its like a bird chirp, but you can't identify the singer

What you do know, is that its the best emotion to feel

It hurts at times but when made up, its everything you'd ever need

With love, you can do anything you want

With it, you can be anything you want and nothing can stop you

I feel almost like I have been lied to,

Because what I miss in you isn't you,

Just the version you let me see,

That version doesn't seem to be.

I miss that smile on your face, the one that I put there.

I miss the way you looked at me and when you played with my hair.

I miss when we would just be together, and just take each other in.
